Prompt Opinion is a healthcare AI company founded by core members of the team behind Darena Health.

For more than 17 years, Darena Health has supported hundreds of EHR vendors, health systems, and healthcare organizations through ASTP/ONC certification, MIPS reporting, the 21st Century Cures Act, and the transition to FHIR-based interoperability.

This experience is not theoretical. It includes hands-on certification support, regulatory interpretation, technical implementation, and large-scale deployment across complex healthcare environments. We understand how:

  • How interoperability standards are implemented in real systems; and

  • How compliance must align with clinical and administrative workflows
